NASA SEWP is one of the federal government's premier contract vehicles for acquiring information technology, communications and audiovisual (ITC/AV) solutions. It is managed by the NASA SEWP Program Office at Goddard Space Flight Center and is available to all federal agencies, civilian and defense, as well as their authorized support contractors. Category C provides agencies with customized ITC/AV services at the mission and program level. Through this vehicle, federal agencies can procure high-quality services from BreakForth, leveraging our expertise and competitive pricing.

    • Any authorized contract type, including Firm-Fixed-Price, Time and Materials, Labor-Hour, Fixed-Price Incentive Fee, Fixed-Price Award Fee, Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment, or hybrid structures tailored to individual task order requirements.
  • Open to every federal agency, with no separate Delegation of Procurement Authority required.
  • Equipped with technology-based ordering and market research tools, including the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT).
  • Designed to maximize small business participation.
